Recipe - Salsa Picante (Hot Chili Sauce)

2 lg Tomatoes minced
1 Clove garlic small
One fourth cup Onion minced
One fourth cup Fresh coriander minced;
(cilantro)
1 teaspoon Salt
2 lg Green chili peppers seeded
and chopped
1. In mortar grind garlic, onions, and chili peppers. (Note I would chop
these coarsely in the food processor.)
2. Add tomatoes, coriander, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
3. Use mortar (molcajete) as serving dish.
4. (This sauce is excellent served with any Mexican dish or food.)
