Recipe - Salsa Mac N Cheese

1 pound Ground beef
16 ounce Chunky salsa
1 Three fourths cup Water
2 cup Elbow macaroni; uncooked
Three fourths pound VELVEETA Process Cheese
Spread; cut in 1/2" cubes
Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add salsa & water; bring to a
boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium low; cover with a tight
fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add
Velveeta; stir until melted.
