4 Tomatoes; peeled and finely
chopped
One half cup Minced onion
One half cup Minced celery
One fourth cup Minced green pepper
One fourth cup Olive oil
3 tablespoon Chopped green chiles ( heat
to taste)
1 teaspoon Mustard seed
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
Combine ingredients, cover and chill for several hours. Serve as a dip for
tortilla chips or as a sauce for other dishes. Makes 6 cups. "Dean A.
