Recipe - Salsa De Chili (Chili Sauce)

2 tablespoon Butter
1 Onion; chopped
1 Green pepper; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoon Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Gebhardt's Chili Powder
1 cup Tomatoes
1 cup Meat stock or water
Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in the butter until soft; add flour,
salt and Gebhardt's Chili Powder and stir until smooth. Add tomatoes and
meat stock or water. Cook until thickened and smooth.
Strain if desired.
