Recipe - Salsa Cerveza With Tortilla Chips

1 One fourth pound (One half kg) tomatoes, seeded,
drained, and chopped
One fourth cup Chili beer
One fourth cup Fresh cilantro
One half cup Onion
3 Jalapenos, minced
1 Clove garlic
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Sugar
Combine all ingredients. Let stand for at least two hours; chill if
desired. Makes about 2 One half cups. Serve with tortilla chips. If you choose
not to include beer, this recipe contains 0% fat!
