Ingredients:
Salsa Borracho For Enchiladas recipe makes 4 Servings
3 tablespoon Butter
4 Clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoon Chili powder
4 Jalapenos, minced
2 cup Diced tomatoes
2 tablespoon Tomato paste
One half cup Beer
In nonaluminum pan, melt the butter over medium low heat. Add the garlic,
chili powder, and jalapenos. Saute until the chili powder begins to foam.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 min. Remove
from heat. Yield: approx. 3 cups.
