Ingredients:
Salsa Alla Marinara (Mariners Sauce) recipe makes 24 Servings
3 tablespoon Garlic cloves, minced
One fourth cup Minced parsley
One half cup Olive oil
2 cup Chopped, peeled tomatoes
1 teaspoon Crumbled, dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute garlic and parsley in oil. When garlic is delicately brown, add
tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until
wellblended and thick. Makes about 1 One half cups.
