Ingredients:
Salmon With Tomato Relish recipe makes 1 Servings
2 Salmon steaks,
3 tablespoon Olive oil,
1 ounce Basil, fresh
One half Red pepper, thinly cut or sliced up
One half Green pepper, thinly cut or sliced up
1 pt Cherry tomatoes, quartered
One half teaspoon Salt,
One half teaspoon Pepper,
Two hours before serving, combine all ingredients except salmon and let
marinade. Place salmon in lightly oiled broiling pan and broil 34 minutes
on each side. Serve with relish.
