Ingredients:

2 pound Salmon steaks or salmon
fillets
One half cup Melted butter
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Minced dill weed
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Salt to taste
1 ds Paprika

Combine the melted butter with seasonings. Arrange salmon on greased
broiler rack and brush with half the seasoned butter. Broil 5 to 10
minutes. Carefully turn and brush with remaining butter mixture Broil 7
minutes longer or until fish can be flaked with a fork This recipe is
easily adapted to baking, uncovered, in a 350degree oven for about 15
minutes.

To cut calories and cholesterol, skip the butter and coat baking dish with
3 or 4 sprays of butterflavored nostick cooking spray. Place salmon
steaks or fillets in the dish and give the tops of the fish another 3 or 4
sprays. Sprinkle with lemon juice and seasonings.
