4 cup Cooked or canned salmon
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cup Milk
3 cup Soft bread crumbs
2 Eggs, beaten
One fourth cup Minced onion
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Dried parsley flakes
1. In a large bowl sprinkle lemon juice over salmon.
2. In mediumsized bowl combine milk, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, salt,
pepper and parsley flakes. Pour over salmon and blend well.
3. Pour into a greased, heatresistant, nonmetallic loaf pan.
4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 12 minutes.
5. Cool 5 minutes. Place on serving platter.
