Recipe - Salmon In Red Wine

4 Salmon steaks
One fourth pound Chopped mushrooms
One half pt White wine
One half pt Water
One fourth pt Cream
Salt and pepper to season
Poach salmon with cut or sliced up mushrooms, wine and water for 4 minutes at 180
degrees C / 350 degrees F / gas mark 4. When cooked, remove the salmon
steaks, cover and keep warm. Reduce the wine and mushroom stock, add the
cream and reduce until it starts to thicken. Season and serve.
