Recipe - Salmon In Miso ( Miso Is Fermented Soy Bean Paste)

Ingredients:

2 pound Fresh salmon steaks or
fillets
One half cup Light miso
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 pn Msg (optional)
3 Scallions; chopped
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
One fourth cup Sake

Place the steaks in a bowl large enough for marinating. In another bowl,
mix the remaining ingredients. Marinate the steaks in this mixture for
about 2 hours at room temperature, or in the refrigerator overnight. Grill
or broil until done to your own taste.
