Recipe - Salmon And Rice Casserole

1 One half cup Minute Rice
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 tablespoon Flour
2 cup Milk
1 cn Salmon
One half Lemon ; Juice of
One half cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Cook Minute Rice according to instructions. Melt butter and add flour. When
mixed well, gradually add milk. Cook until thickened. Sprinkle lemon juice
over salmon. Layer rice, salmon, white sauce and cheese in 9 x 13" greased
pan. Bake in 350ø oven for 2025 minutes. Serves 4. Posted to TNT
