Recipe - Salmon Vegetable Loaf

1 cup Salmon
2 cup Mashed potatoes, hot
Three fourths cup Beans, cooked
One half cup Onion; minced
Salt and pepper
2 Egg whites
2 tablespoon Butter; melted
Flake salmon. Remove bones. Combine salmon, potatoes, beans, onions, and
melted butter. Season to taste. Mix until well blended. Fold in stiffly
beaten egg whites. Pour into welloiled baking dish. Bake in moderate oven
(400 F) until puffy and brown. Serve at once with sour pickles and tartare
or tomato sauce.
