Recipe - Salmon Pate

8 ounce Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon Horseradish
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 cup Cooked Salmon
2 teaspoon Minced Onion
2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
One fourth teaspoon Liquid Smoke *
* omit if smoked salmon is used.

Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl. Transfer to serving bowl. Cover,
chill until needed. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve with party rye or
crackers. Makes 2 cups.
