Recipe - Salmon Party Ball

16 ounce Salmon; drained and flaked,
picked clean
One fourth teaspoon Liquid BBQ Sauce; optional
8 ounce Cream Cheese; softened
1 tablespoon Onion; grated
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon Horseradish; prepared
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Walnuts or Pecans; chopped
One fourth cup Fresh Parsley; chopped
Combine all (may be mixed in food processor quickly) except nuts and
parsley. Chill. Shape into a log and roll in the nut mixture. Chill Again.
Serve with crackers.
