Recipe - Salmon Marinade

One fourth cup Soy Sauce; (reduced sodium)
One fourth cup White wine
2 tablespoon Water
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Ginger root; grated
Got a side of salmon on the smoker now. Here's the simple, but delicious
marinade:
Whisk well to dissolve sugar. Pour marinade over salmon in a glass
casserole dish and fridge it for 45 minutes.
Smoke at 225 for Three fourths to 1 hour.
