Recipe - Salmon Balls

2 cn Salmon
One half cup Long grain rice
One half cup Grated carrots
One fourth cup Chopped onion
1 Egg
One half teaspoon Salt & pepper
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
One half cup Water
Put salmon and its juice in a bowl, remove skin and bones. Add rice and
onions, egg salt and pepper. Mix well and form into small balls.Put in
greased casserole leaving space for expansion. Mix the soup and water and
pour over the balls. Cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
