Ingredients:
Salmon And Crab Bisque recipe makes 1 Servings
1 418 gram can salmon; drained
(14.75oz)
1 200 gram car creamery full
fat soft cheese
4 tablespoon Creme fraiche
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsely
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
To serve: vegetable crudites
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Spoon into a serving dish, garnish with the parsley and serve with the
crudites.
