One half cup Mayonnaise
One half cup Dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
2 cup Cold minced veal
1 cup Diced peeled cucumbers
One half cup Diced peeled tart apples
2 cup Diced cold cooked potatoes

This is a nice change from the usual potato salad.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and worchestershire. Add remaining ingredients
and toss carefully. serve very cold. serves 6
