Recipe - Salami With Lentils

4 sl Ciabatta bread
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 Ripe plum tomatoes; peeled
and crushed
100 g Danish salami; cut or sliced up (3
1/2oz)
50 g Black olives; chopped (2oz)
Fresh basil; roughly chopped
Preheat the grill to a moderate setting.
Brush each side of the bread with olive oil and rub with the crushed
garlic.
Toast the bread on both sides.
Spread the crushed tomatoes over each slice, top with the salami slices and
olives.
Place under the grill for 5 minutes and top with the basil leaves. Serve
immediately.
