Recipe - Salami Calzone

BASE
2 cup Selfraising flour
40 g Soft butter
Three fourths cup Milk
TOPPING
1/3 cup Tomato paste
1 Tomato; cut or sliced up
60 g Salami; cut or sliced up
One half Red pepper; deseeded and
; chopped
One half Green pepper; deseeded and
; chopped
Spring onions; cut or sliced up
1 teaspoon Dried basil
One half teaspoon Dried or fresh oregano
1 cup Grated cheese
Turn oven to 200 C.
Chop the butter into pieces and add to the flour. Rub it in till it all
looks crumbly.
Add the milk and mix it to a soft dough. Knead the dough till it is smooth.
Roll it out to a 30cm circle. Put it into a pizza pan or onto a tray.
Spread tomato paste over the base and top with tomato, salami, peppers,
spring onions and basil.
Add oregano and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
