Recipe - Sage And Garlic Flatbread

3 cup All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 cup Buttermilk
1 lg Egg
1 tablespoon Sage; chopped finely
2 Cloves garlic; finely minced
Directions: Combine the dry ingredients and stir in the liquid ingredients.
Add the sage and garlic. Mix until a stiff dough develops. Turn the dough
onto a floured surface and knead lightly. Pat or roll the dough into a form
that is about 1/2inch thick. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a
preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
