Ingredients:
Sage Cloverleaf Rolls recipe makes 1 Servings
One half cup Onion, chopped
One half cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Celery, chopped
One fourth cup Parsley, chopped
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sage, ground
3 cup Croutons
2 cup Corn bread crumbs
One half cup Chicken stock
Saute onion in butter until limp and transparent. add remaining ingredients
and mix well. Spoon into the crop and cavities of a 56 pound capon or
turkey. Close openings with skewers and lace tightly with string.
