One fourth cup Pine nuts; roasted
One fourth cup Chopped fresh sage leaves
One fourth cup Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
Three fourths cup Olive oil
MAKES 1 CUP DAIRYFREE
A very tasty dressing, perfect for a simple romaine salad or a mixture of
cut or sliced up endive, jicama and red onion.
IN BLENDER or food processor, combine all ingredients except oil. With
motor running, add oil until well blended.
