Saganaki recipe makes 6 Servings
One fourth pound Kasseri cheese
4 tablespoon Butter
One half Lemon, juice of

Tiganismeno, squares of this buttery cheese fried in butter. Cut the cheese
in One fourth inch slices, cut in squares, and fry in hot butter until golden.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
