3 bn Spinach
1 Onion chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger chopped
3 Green chillis
One half teaspoon Turmeric pwd
225 g Paneer
2 tablespoon Oil
Oil for deep frying
1 pn Sodium bicarbonate
Salt

Chop spinach , add One fourth cup water ,soda bi carb and cook. When cooked blend
well in a blender. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in hot oil.Heat oil
and fry onions,add ginger,green chillis and turmeric pwd and fry, add
spinach and paneer.
