Recipe - Sag Gosht

Ingredients:

Indian cheese; cubed
Tinned spinach
Fresh tomatoes; cubed
Coriander; finely chopped
Vegetable oil or butter
Garlic and ginger
Onions; finely chopped
2 teaspoon Mixed curry powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala
2 teaspoon Tomato puree
1 teaspoon Salt

Heat the oil or butter in a pan then add the garlic and ginger and cook
until brown. Add the onions and cook until brown.

Add the curry powder, garam masala, salt and tomato puree. Cook for 5
minutes, stirring, until all the spices are thoroughly blended.

Add the cheese, spinach and tomatoes and cook for 1015 minutes. Add water
as and when needed to reach the desired consistency.
