450 g Potatoes; cubed (1 lb)
One fourth teaspoon Schwartz Garlic Salt
1 tablespoon Olive oil
25 g Cheddar cheese; grated (1
oz)
4 tablespoon Milk

Steep the Saffron in 1 tbs boiling water. Cook the potatoes in boiling
salted water until tender. Drain. Mash the potatoes with the Saffron,
Garlic Salt, oil, cheese and milk, until well pureed.
