Ingredients:
Saffron Cream Sauce recipe makes 1 Servings
2 cup Heavy cream
One half tablespoon Saffron
1. add saffron to heavy cream in a heavy bottom sauce pan.
2. simmer, reduce by half and use as desired.
NOTES : YIELDS: 1 cup
