Recipe - Saffron Bread (Eb)

Three fourths cup Water
2 cup Bread flour
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
1 One half tablespoon Olive oil
One fourth teaspoon Ground saffron or
1/8 teaspoon Saffron threads
2 teaspoon Yeast

If using saffron thread, grind to a coarse powderlike consistancy using a
mortar and pestle. Bake on regular cycle.
