Recipe - Rye Bread With Beer And Orange

1 pack Yeast
1 cup Medium rye flour
2 One half cup All purpose flour
2 tablespoon Wheat germ
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Beer, flat
2 tablespoon Molasses
2 teaspoon Grated orange rind
One fourth cup Warm water

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed, select white bread
and push "Start."

*Special Butter Recipe*: Mix 1 stick of sweet butter with 1 Tbsp honey and
2 Tbsp Amaretto (or any sweet liqueur of your choice) and One fourth tsp almond
extract.
