1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast; 2 One fourth tsp.
1 1/3 cup Bread flour; 2 cups
2/3 cup Medium Rye Flour; 1 cup
1 tablespoon Coarsley groung cornmeal; 1
One half tbls
One half teaspoon Caraway seed; 1 tsp.
1 teaspoon Salt; 1 One half tsp
2 teaspoon Dark brown sugar; 1 tbls.
4 teaspoon Butter or margarine; 2 tbls
1 tablespoon Dehydrated onion flakes; 1
One half tbls (OPTIONAL
One half cup Water; Three fourths cup
One fourth cup Plus 2 tbls Buttermilk; 1/2
cup
All ingredients must be at room temperature. Add ingredients in order
specified for your bread machine. Set bread machine on basic/standard
setting, medium or normal baking cycle.
