Recipe - Rutabaga Teriyaki

Ingredients:
Rutabaga Teriyaki recipe makes 1 Servings
4 cup Young rutabagas, peeled and
Thinly cut or sliced up
1 cup Carrots, thinly cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger root, grated
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar and honey. Add vegetables; stir well.
Chill in the refrigerator until serving. Just before serving, add ginger.
