Recipe - Rutabaga Mash

2 One fourth pound Rutabaga; peeled/cut in
chunks
2 Carrots; cut or sliced up
1 Clove garlic; cut or sliced up
One half cup Warm milk
1 tablespoon Margarine
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Grated nutmeg
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
In a saucepan over high heat, bring rutabaga, carrots, garlic and enough
water to cover to a boil. Reduce heat to med. and simmer 3035 mins. or
until tender. Drain well and return to pot. Add next 5 ingredients. Mash
with potato masher. Stir in parsley.
