Recipe - Russian Salad

5 pound Pork; grind medium
2 lg Onions; finely chopped
2 tablespoon Garlic; minced
1 cup Parsley; chopped
1 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoon Dill seeds
3 tablespoon Caraway seeds
1 tablespoon Black pepper
2 cup Cold water
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. Bake at 350F,
approximately 1 hour.
NOTES : This is the recipe for Jerry Predika's grandmother's sausage. He
says it's really great.
