1 tablespoon White sugar
1 One half cup Bread flour
1 One half cup Medium rye flour
One fourth cup Whole wheat flour
One half cup Unprocessed bran flakes
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Instant coffee powder
One fourth teaspoon Fennel seeds
HEAT THE FOLLOWING OVER LOW:
HEAT; STIRRING FREQUENTLY:
TILL CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER:
MELT. COOL TO 105:
1 cup Plus 2 Tbsp water
2 tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
2 tablespoon Butter
One half ounce Unsweetened chocolate
