Ingredients:
Rump Steak With Gremolata And Rich Red Wine Sauce recipe makes 2 1/2 Dozen.
1 250 g rump steak
Oil and butter to fry
4 Finely cut or sliced up shallots
100 ml Red wine
100 ml Veal stock
Knob of butter
Season steak and fry fiercely in the butter and oil.
Remove and keep warm. Cook the shallots in the pan and then add the wine
and reduce. Then add the stock and a knob of butter, reduce to thicken,
check seasoning and then pour over steak.
