Recipe - Rum Punch (Hot)

2 cup Hot strong tea
One half Lime; rind of
2 Lemons; juice of
2 cup Rum
2 tablespoon Brandy
1 teaspoon Bitters
6 ounce Caster sugar

Mix sugar, lime juice and rind in bowl. add hot strained tea and leave to
draw, when cold, add rum and brandy. Add bitters, serve warm, keeping it
over mild heat. About 16 cocktail glass servings.
