Recipe - Rum Balls

1 pack Vanilla wafers (12oz)
Powdered sugar
2 tablespoon Cocoa
1 cup Finely chopped nuts
One half cup Light corn syrup
2 ounce Dark rum (or double amount)
Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Blend in 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa and
nuts. Mix syrup and rum. Add to wafer mixture and let stand 30 minutes.
Form into small balls and roll in additional powdered sugar. Store in
airtight containers.
