Recipe - Rum-Spiced Cider

2 Measures strong coffee;
(allowed to chill)
1 tablespoon Fine soft brown sugar
2 Measures dark strong rum
2 Measures chilled double
cream; whipped until thick
; but not stiff

This is our attempt to create a sortof 'Homemade Baileys' but with rum
instead of whisky.

You will need a traditional cocktail shaker. Place all the ingredients into
the shaker and give it a good shaking until all the fluids are wellmixed.
Our into Manhattan cocktail glasses to enjoy.
