Recipe - Rosy Fruit Topping

20 ounce Can pineapple chunks
29 ounce Can cut or sliced up cling peaches
3 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Currant jelly
1 teaspoon Lemon peel grated
One half cup Peach brandy heated
Vanilla Ice cream
Drain pineapple and peaches. Combine fruit with butter, jelly, and lemon
peel in slowcooking pot. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Stir in
warm brandy. Spoon over ice cream.
