Recipe - Rosemary Roasted Onions

Ingredients:
Rosemary Roasted Onions recipe makes 8 Servings
6 lg Onions; cut or sliced up
6 Cloves garlic; minced
3 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoon Minced fresh rosemary
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large roasting pan. Bake at 400f, stirring
occasionally, 1 hour and
20 minutes or until browned. Yield: 6 cups
