Recipe - Rosemary Roasted Chicken Pizza

500 g Jersey Royal potatoes;
washed (1lb)
4 tablespoon Olive oil
1 15 grams pac fresh rosemary;
leaves only
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper

Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.

Place the washed Jersey potatoes onto a baking tray. Sprinkle over the
olive oil, rosemaryand seasoning.

Cook in the preheated oven for 3540 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
