Recipe - Rosemary Potato Slices

1 pound New potatoes; (450g)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 ounce Butter; (25g)
One half teaspoon Schwartz Minced Garlic
2 teaspoon Schwartz Rosemary
3 teaspoon Schwartz Chives
Salt
Schwartz Coarse Ground Black
Pepper
Par boil the potatoes in salted water until just cooked but still firm.
Slice in half.
Heat the oil and butter in a large pan. Add the potatoes and Minced Garlic
and fry gently until browned evenly. Add the Rosemary and Chives and stir
fry for 12 minutes more. Season with salt and Pepper.
