2 GARLIC CLOVES; FINELY
CHOPPED
2 tablespoon CHOPPED FRESH ROSEMARY
SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
COMBINE THE BUTTER WITH THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND SEASON TO TASTE. USE WITH
VEAL OR LAMB CHOPS.
