Recipe - Rosemary Focaccia Bites

1 Tube (10oz) refrigerated
Pizza dough
2 tablespoon Oil, preferably olive
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dried rosemary, crushed
One half teaspoon Grated orange zest
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth cup Sliced roasted red peppers
From a jar drained
2 Scallions,chopped
(same as green onions)
One fourth cup Kalamata olives, pitted and
Chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degree F. On baking sheet, unroll pizza dough into a 8
x 12 rectangle. In small bowl combine oil, rosemary, salt, zest and
pepper. Brush dough with oil mixture, leaving One fourth border around edges.
Sprinkle with roasted red peppers, scallions and olives. Bake until golden
bron, about 1012 minutes. Cut into squares
