One half pound Frozen pizza or bread dough;
thaw
1 One half tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary; chop, or 1
teaspoon dried, crumble
One fourth teaspoon Cracked black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Coarse salt
One half cup Roasted red peppers; dice
Combine oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roll dough into 10" circle; place
on grill. Cook, covered, 2 minutes. Turn crust; brush with oil mixture and
sprinkle with 1/3 cup red peppers. Continue grilling until dough is cooked
through and golden on bottom, 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before
