Recipe - Rosemary-Parsley Sausage Cheese Balls

3 cup Bisquick
1 pound Bulk pork sausage
4 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese (16
ounces)
One half cup Parmesan cheese
One fourth cup Fresh rosemary; chopped,
or
One half teaspoon Dried rosemary
One fourth cup Fresh parsley; chopped or
One half teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
One half cup Onion; finely chopped
1 (up to)
2 Eggs; lightly beaten, as
needed

Grease cookie sheets lightly with vegetable spray. Mix all ingredients
thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1inch balls. Preheat oven to 350 degrees,
2025 or until brown. Remove immediately from pan. Serve warm. Yield:
