Recipe - Rosemary-Garlic Rub

1 One half teaspoon Grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon Dried rosemary leaves;
crushed
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dried thyme leaves
One half teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
2 Garlic cloves; minced
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Rub over 2 pounds of the meat
of your choice and grill to desired doneness.
